Federica Cibin (collaborator)
Federica Cibin got her master degree in Bioengineering at University of Padua (2016 - Development of a prevention and screening tool for “on the field” ACL injury in rugby players based on kinematics and plantar pressure).
After 1 year of post-graduation traineeship at the Laboratory of Movement Analysis, Department of Information Engineering, University of Padua, she is now a collaborator in the same laboratory.
Her research activity regards mainly the motion analysis for injury prevention and performance evaluation in athletes.
She is member of the Italian Society of Gait Analysis in Clinic (SIAMOC). In 2017 she won the SIAMOC conference attendance grant.
She is first author and co-author of papers and abstracts published in peer-reviewed journals and international conference proceedings concerning athletes’ performance enhancement and injuries prevention through motion analysis and plantar pressure distribution.
She takes part as a co-author of a patent for industrial invention (2017 - Metodo ed apparato per rilevare parametri biomeccanici e funzionali del ginocchio).
